Product arrived quickly. I did have an issue with it, but I got refunded quickly. My printer is an 18 year old Dell printer and for some reason will only accept Dell cartridges even though the one I got from Ink Toner Store looked just like my old cartridge and it fit in my printer. Once I get a new printer and need toner, I won't hesitate to order from Ink Toner Store.
