This was the first time using InkToner so I was not sure what to expect. The cartridge arrived as scheduled. When we put it in our copier we had trouble with it producing quality copies so I contacted them by phone. They were very understanding and helpful and immediately shipped a new cartridge at no expense. The second one works great. Very satisfied with their service!
