Ease of ordering, getting what ordered within reasonable time is excellent. The toner cartridge is usually good quality; however, my order is for an ink toner cartridge which leaks and streaks no matter how many times I clean things up; it is only 10% used and is obviously, a bad cartridge. So replacing it with a new cartridge resolved the problem completely. Past cartridges have been fine.
