This was my first purchase from the Ink TonerStore. There was a mistake made (whether on my part or theirs) and I believe probably mine. We did not receive our purchase on the day that I thought that I was paying for. The people in customer service were extremely nice and worked with me on the shipping cost. This added up to better than $25.00. I want to thank them for their service and concern.
