The product is working fine. My initial reaction was negative because the bag was full of toner which got all over me
Y office and my hands. After I got over the shock, I cleaned the entire area and the cartridge and after vacuuming my printer, the cartridge was installed and after wasting some paper, I was able to print cleanly.
