I had purchased a HP Compatible Toner Cartridge for Q1339A (HP 39A) Black. When it arrived and was placed in my printer. I immediately got an error code. Frustrating but after contacting InkTonerStore and providing them with pic's of the error code a second cartridge was shipped out and worked fine in my printer. I am now placing my second order with InkTonerStore. Hoping for a home run with this order.
