We had a bad, leaking remanufactured cartridge and InkTonerStore replaced it quickly. Another remanufactured toner cartridge made a lot of noise in the printer and made lines on the paper. Our technician thought it was something else, so we almost bought another printer. Ended up limping along until the cartridge was used up, and when we replaced it with another cartridge, it worked fine. I know we would have been able to get it replaced if we knew it was the cartridge. Not all remanufactured cartridges work well, so beware of that. Still reordered from InkTonerStore due to their good prices and service after the sale.
