Order arrived promptly. When I called about a problem with my printer accepting the brand compatible cartridges I was able to quickly reach someone who instructed me how to solve the problem. However, I would strongly suggest that instructions how to deal with this apparently frequently occurring problem be included in the shipment of compatible but off-brand laser printer cartridges. be included in the pack
