The cartridges (4) showed up well packaged and in a timely manner. They work great so far. Two things... I wish there was a mechanism to send the cartridges back to be refilled or recycled. And I wish that the model numbers on the cartridges were visible without opening the seal in case you just need to replace specific colors at that time. The model info was under a black piece of tape within the sealed plastic packaging.
