Had an item missing in my order. Contacted Inline support and spoke with a "Matt". Matt had me take a few photos to show the packaging and materials (approximately 15 items) I received on my order. All package was intact, and no damage to the outside of the box. All indications were that one item was missed in the picking/shipping process. Matt arranged for a replacement item. What started out bad ended just fine. Thanks for the no hassle shipment of the missing item.
