“Kit is good on everything but the two front axle line are not even close to the right lines passenger side is bent completely wrong and is too short to make it work.driver side is not right either but is to long and not bent correctly”

“Garbage. Do not buy. Not a single line fit, customer service was terrible. They want me to send my old lines in any my own expense to “fix” the mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They also claim that the tooling for both 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton is the exact same. Don’t bother wasting your time”

“Re order #11301790 I originally chatted with a rep and told him that I needed a pump to carb line for a ford 4.9L single barrel 2wd f150 (ref jun 25th email) and was told you had a line for a ford 302 2bbl carb maybe I could make it work. Well the line is completely incompatible with my engine. Your recent correspondence informed me that to return it I'd have to pay shipping as well as a restocking fee. How come? I took your advice and you sent me the wrong part. If this is good business practice I wonder what bad would be like”

Andy, I have reviewed the email correspondence that you mentioned regarding this order. In the emails, we did ask for pictures of the original line to see if anything we have matched. You were unable to send those and asked us if we had anything that was close that you could cut and alter on your own to make work. As we had stated the configuration for this line was different than what you had, the shipping label and restock fee for that line were not able to be waived. “I recently ordered a complete kit for a 1996 olds 98 regency elite. The kit came quickly to Canada with no issues. Showed up at my doorstep with no issues. The kit was very complete with very little modifications. I will definitely order again when I need another kit to repair a vehicle”
