“Order transmission lines for my F150 4x4. The lines were no where close to original and didn't fit at all. I had to pay return shipping and the issue was clearly they just bend up tubes and hope they will fit. Better to bu straight tube and try it myself.”

I have reviewed the correspondence that you had with our customer support team and while all the lines we produce are duplicated from factory original lines, there were times when different line patterns were used within the same model year. Since the lines we sent did not fit your vehicle, we offered to duplicate your originals. Unfortunately and due to time constraints, you had requested a return in lieu of the duplication. You had stated in your correspondence that you had no problem with the return shipping cost and when we sent the return authorization we waived the restocking fee.
