“Hi Guys.I ordered a Master cylinder from yall on Jan 10 Over the next few days i emailed with yall 14 times . Your add says I Bought the right part Yall said I didnt . I asked over and over to return this MS . Instead you sent another just like the first one . and a rebuild kit for the second one . That did not work either I paid $119 for MS and around $72 for a rebuild kit . That I had to overhaul myself . It did not work either . I am our about $200 for somthing I cant use . I ordered another from another company . I got it Feb 2nd . 2 hours my brakes worked perfect. This car sat in the air for 3 weeks . So I am out 3 weeks and about $200 Because your add said it would fit my Chevelle . I am sad. Yalls add is wrong. The one that fit perfect was $47”

“To be honest, I was kind of disappointed. There was a part missing from my order, which I understand happens. However, to make me jump through hoops and send photos of the box and parts that I did receive to ensure that my part would be sent out is kind of ridiculous. And then to not be able to expedite that part is even more ridiculous. Claiming that you guys don’t have expedited shipping options for your company. The delay in this missing part cost me a week to get my car fixed. I run a small business and deal with customer service as well But one thing I do know is that when my company messes up we go above and beyond to make it right. I would highly recommend reviewing your customer service options.”

“Purchase a set of Flywheel to crankshaft bolts. I ordered the wrong item needed the Flexplate to cranshaft which is a shorter bolt.”

“Im very impressed with the quality of the product. It will be installed within the next few days. The shop doing the work was impressed as well. Especially when they found out it was stainless steel and preformed. I shared your advertisement with them. One of their mechanics was interested. Great quality and reasonably proced.
