Had to send them back with my original lines so they could be manufactured with the correct bends. Still waiting for them

The new fuel stainless steel did not match the pattern of the old fuel line. Some of the the small sharp angles went in the opposite directions cause me to undo and reshape. The finished look did not look like a custome fit.

I can’t say I”m real pleased with the accuracy of my order . The order had the front drivers side brake line missing from my order on my 1992 Cadillac Brougham which when I called they told me They would send me the missing piece in 2-3 weeks but happily it arrived in less than a week . The other problem my Mechanic encountered was that the fitting supplied to the ABS module was too big and my mechanic had to jury rig some kind of adapter to make it fit .

The part was exactly what I ordered. BUT, ignorant me ordered the wrong part. The down side is I won't be returning it. Because of the overpriced freight I paid to get it here and the cost of freight to get it back and the "restockingfee" which is a rip off because you'll turn around and sale them again for full pop. Don't give me BS about labor, it's a write off. I'll just give em to Martin's Custom Classics. They're friends of mine. Won't be dealing with yall again. Should have believed the negative reviews. ~John E. C. Garner

John, From reviewing the correspondence you had with out customer service team, you had stated that you mistakenly ordered the incorrect part for your vehicle. As the order was placed with no input from our staff and the items were sent correctly to the part ordered, the return was subject to our return policy. The policy states that any return is subject to a 5% restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping. After you were made aware of that you agreed to have a label sent to you for the return of those items. Best Regards, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

The slot for the horn contact is located in the wrong place. Took me a little bit to figure out why the horn kept blowing. So I took it back apart and knocked out where that slot should be in the horn works fine now. That horn switch was assembled wrong

Brake pedal pad does not fit late model vehicles. Was purchased for an 88 Cutlass Supreme Classic and is much too wide to fit the narrow pedal. Is not a factory quality piece but that was not expected at this price point.

This set does not match OEM it is somewhat close but not useable on my factory 1999 Silverado 2500 . Item cost was refunded the only reason for 3 star rating.

Fit was ok, the bends weren't as tight as the factory lines so I had to manually bend it to make it fit correctly.

Have not received yet. Fedex keeps delaying delivery. I would strongly suggest using another shipping company in the future

It’s the wrong line for a 1977 “highboy”. This line is for a 1977 “lowboy”. This should be marked better. I am needing the power steering line for a “highboy”. This needs to be better described on the website

I have two concerns with the clutch line engineering. The first is the flex lines at both ends are rather “stiff” and could cause the steel line to flex at the rear entry of the rear engine cabin with the engine moving back and forth in between shifts. The second item is the size of the adapter bolds front and rear. I thought they would look like the original with the flex hoses being crimped to the line. Can this be re-engineered and a new one made?

Did not fit - too long. The last few items I have received are not accurate. You guys need to seek out true OE parts and digitize those.

Lou, We apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced with our products. All of our lines that we manufacture were directly duplicated off of the vehicle in the listing. While we do strive for accuracy on all of our parts, there are times where the line patterns we used to make the lines do vary from patterns on other vehicles of the same make, model and year range. If you would like, please contact our support team at support@inlinetube.com as we may have some options to assist in this situation. Also, we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with us and we hope to continue to be able to help you in the future.
