I ordered a vacuum tube that is to go from my intake to my transmission vacuum module. The description says transmission but what I got goes from carb to distributor. I have msd ignition. No vacuum advance. I still need the transmission vacuum line that connects to the intake. 69 Firebird th400 tranny. 5/16" fittings.

The backseat ones are not the right size. They do not fit a 66 leMans line you day they do. I sent them back because of that. You so made me pay for return shipping and restocking. I would not of returned them if they had for. Your description is wrong and I had to pay the price. I will not order from you again.

Bad customer service, had a problem with my disc brakes. They did not find any solution. I still need to return them.

Bruce, After reviewing the correspondence you had with our customer service team, you had emailed stating the calipers from the kit did not fit the vehicle. From what I was able to tell from the messages, you never informed us what the fitment issue with the calipers was. Without that information we are not able find a solution to the problem. You had also mentioned the rotors did not fit due to a wheel pattern difference on your vehicle. We had asked you to send in pictures of the items. We did also ask again what was causing the fitment issue with the calipers and did not receive that information from you. When you requested a return label, we promptly sent one to your email. As long as you use the label provided, the item will be refunded in accordance with our company's return policy once it arrives and has been inspected. Sincerely, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

John, After looking into the tracking for your order, the items have been delivered to the address that you requested on the order. As I have seen before, this is a third party shipping company as we are not able to ship directly to Alaska. Received in a timely fashion but very poor packaging from manufacturer. Immediately upon receiving my damaged package I sent an email with pictures of damaged box. It was obvious that the box had been crushed, bent and had big holes and a tear in box. Within 1 business day I received an email saying they wanted pics of exactly what pieces of brake lines that were damaged. That would be like trying to take a picture of lymph noodles and telling what ones are a distorted shape. The picture of the box was enough that all of them had been bent in some fashion. Not wanting to play their games, I just straightened up most of the lines and used them and ended up making 2 lines where the ones I received were kinked from shipping damage. Very disappointing customer service. They should have just replaced the order or packaged them better to begin with.

Scott, I do apologize for the lines you ordered being damaged during the shipping process. I can understand how frustrating that experience can be. We do ask for pictures both to identify which lines were damaged so we can send the appropriate replacement lines. These brake lines did not fit my truck at all. These were ordered after consulting with their technicians to ensure proper fit, but aren’t even close in most cases. And due to their 30 day return policy they aren’t willing to do anything about it. Their customer service said “there is nothing I can do about it” and stopped responding. Would not purchase or recommend this company to anyone.

Steel lines much better for sealing, then your SS lines, which didn’t seal for me at all. 🤬 customer service very unpleasant and unhelpful. Wanted to exchange SS lines for the regular steel ones, and again Cust service/ sales person unhelpful. Wanted to charge me 190.00 for steel lines. Found them online for 25.00. Hey inline tube guess what, you guys are not perfect, your products are defective from time to time. Give your customers the benefit of the doubt. Be helpful, not assholes…

Order transmission lines for my F150 4x4. The lines were no where close to original and didn't fit at all. I had to pay return shipping and the issue was clearly they just bend up tubes and hope they will fit. Better to bu straight tube and try it myself.

I have reviewed the correspondence that you had with our customer support team and while all the lines we produce are duplicated from factory original lines, there were times when different line patterns were used within the same model year. Since the lines we sent did not fit your vehicle, we offered to duplicate your originals. Unfortunately and due to time constraints, you had requested a return in lieu of the duplication. You had stated in your correspondence that you had no problem with the return shipping cost and when we sent the return authorization we waived the restocking fee. Hi, They sent us the wrong lines. Then said we ordered the incorrect part number. They said we had to send back for inspection before sending correct lines. So what we did was ordered immediately because we were in a time crunch on job. We tried to get the correct lines coming because we were in a time pinch. They said they were in stock ready to ship. A week later no email or tracking info. I called and they said they were in production. And had no shipping time. Jareth said he would call me in the next day. No call, only an email that they were going out that day. No tracking info. Did not get shipped for 4 more days. They when they credited the original lines we paid to ship back , they said we ordered the wrong ones and charged us a restocking fee of like $50. And didn’t credit shipping either. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. There are others out there that sell the same stuff.

Ronnie, After reviewing the correspondence you had with our support team, you were informed that the part number you wanted to purchase was not made for a cab and chassis vehicle. You decided to order them anyhow. When you spoke with the second person about the order, you were informed that the kit you received was correct for the part number that you ordered. You then wanted to order a different part number and return your original order. Since the original order was sent correctly, it fell under the standard return policy which is a 5% restock fee and the return shipping label cost covered by you. Also, as it states in our return policy on our website, the original shipping costs are not refundable. In regards to you mentioning there was never a return phone call made, there was never any conversation that our staff said we would call you directly. The only thing that was said was that there would be emails sent with order information and the return label. We can see where the emails about the tracking information including the tracking number and the return authorization were sent successfully to the email that you had provided us. I have not received the product so I can’t give a review until I get it I was hoping I would have it in a short period of time like the representative at the Oldsmobile homecoming car show said I would but here I am patiently waiting hoping it comes please have a representative contact me accordingly so that we can discuss the delay of the product I purchased thank you .
