Would like to say product is great, BUT at least 1 line (abs module to line going to the front passenger side caliper hose) is about a foot TOO LONG!!! The other lines are waiting yo be installed! And your fittings are horrendous- I've tried 14mm, 15mm, 14mm, and 12 mm to No avail! 14mm wrench is to small and the 15mm line wrench starts to round off fitting! And the white tape that was supposed to be on lines for the shipping bend were Not on any of the lines!

Not so happy with their service… 1-same part is almost 40 less on Amazon store. 2- requested to pay extra to use FedEx or UPS versus USPS was told I couldn’t. Unfortunately, one of the parts I ordered took almost 2 weeks to get another part. I ordered it still hasn’t arrived when it’s been sitting in the Atlanta distribution center for almost 12 days.. 3-I put the part on and it didn’t work. I hopped on the forum to see if anyone else had that problem and I read a continual thread by a lot of forms that said in-line shipped a lot of parts that were defective. I inquired to in-line and I was first told that they never heard of that and then I got a returned email, saying that there’s no way to tell if the part I have is defective, but I should take a torque wrench and torque to a specified psi. When I checked it, it was finger tight however nowhere near the 35 psi as I was told as a supplemental bit of knowledge. One would think that the part would come ready to go or at least a notice in the package staying that you should check the torque to 35 psi prior to install installation. A very aggravating experience to say the least.

Lines were damaged, wouldn't accept them as a return because of them being installed. Didn't notice damage until after installation.

If you get the wrong part they will not refund your money. It would cost almost as much as it cost for the part to return it. The guy I talked to was no help a real jerk.

James, After listening to the call you had with our support staff, it sounds like you had ordered rear axle lines for a 1/2 ton pickup and you own a 3/4 ton pickup. With the wrong part being ordered with no input from our staff, we sent out the correct pat to your order. As the company return policy states, this return would be subject to the cost of the return shipping label and the 5% restocking fee.

No service after the sell, they sold me the wrong lines and nothing to fix it, ended up having to buy 2 full kits, lines don't fit well at all, a bunch of unnecessary bends where not needed, no bends where there should be. Look at all the reviews, either 1 star or 5. Don't worry, I have told everyone about my experience and can't wait to steer others away.

I already left a review I still don’t like the fact that I had to buy them as a pair . I was looking for passenger side only and could only purchase both lines even though I only needed the passenger side . What a waste of time and materials . 👎

I spoke to one of your associates, I was told the brake booster I ordered was the proper one for my car, it wasn’t ! What really irritates me is that I was charged a restocking and returned shipping fee which I know was not my error, but Inline Tubes error. I was charged unfairly in my opinion and this isn’t right !

The lines are different for a 1995-1996 model year. Gm had both cooler lines at the front of the transmission. They moved 1 cooler line further aft on 97 and up. The lines I got were for the later 97 and up. I have a 1996. So I called and emailed about the problem. No one called me or emailed me back. So then I ordered a set specifically for 95-96 model year. They were incorrect too. So now I have over $200 in transmission lines that don’t fit. Extremely disappointed!

Kit was not very good compared to classic tube lines. First off nothing was labeled which is a pain especially if the old lines need to be cut out. Second the MC lines did not match the original lines when it came into the firewall. the lines have to be forced bending to get them to sit on the frame rails to sit in the plastic clips. Yes the lines were cheaper. But for all the extra work and time It was not worth it. First thing inline tubes should do is spend .10 cents or less and lable all the lines correctly just like all the other companies do . Also mimic EXACTLY THE ORIGINAL lines so they sit properly making this difficult job a little easier. Best thing would be if the made a YOUTUBE video showing install for every line they make. This would be the best thing and they would probably sell a lot of lines if they offered this

The pieces would NEVER FIT, wrong shape. I asked not to be charged for return shipping of a defective item nor be charged a restocking fee. What happens? I am not only screwed for the $19 return shipping for a DEFECTIVE ITEM, but got doubly screwed with a restock fee! Shame on InLine Tube! An $85 return and I get $36 back?? Believe me, we are repeat car show winners and participants with many friends and car clubs, we will do our very best to advertise the screwing that Inline Tube does to good people over a defective part. Shame on you! MAKE IT RIGHT

The fuel line you had ordered was a 3 piece line set for a 59-61 Impala. You had contacted us asking for instructions on how to install that line. Unfortunately we do not have installation information for all of the lines that we sell, so we had advised you to consult the factory assembly manual for that information. When you later contacted us regarding the return of the lines, you had stated that you could not figure out which piece of the line went where on the vehicle. We asked if you had the original line and you had stated it was thrown away years ago. You had mentioned that you had a picture of the original which we had also asked to see, but never received a response to that question. As your vehicle could have used two different line patterns and without the original line for comparison to ensure that the correct line was ordered we were only able to confirm that you correctly received the line that you had ordered. Upon receiving the returned lines, we inspected them and found one of the smaller sections to have been bent out of shape and not in original condition. This damage resulted in an additional deduction to the refund amounts that are in accordance with our return policies as listed on our website.

Sorry that your online purchase of a Fuel Injection main fuel line did not fit your carbureted 1987 Monte Carlo. As the line that you purchased was made to order, it was not able to be returned per the stated policy on our website.

I ordered my setup brake lines. They came in with an incorrect fitting. Customer service could not have been any worse. Even wanted me to go out and purchase a tool to tell them what size I needed when everything I had was stock. Isn't this literally what they do. Couldn't be less satisfied

They won’t even close to the factory. Ben’s literally had to straighten them out straight and bend them myself. I would’ve sent them back, but the shipping would’ve been more than the product would’ve cost in the end. Definitely not impressed.
