Hi, They sent us the wrong lines. Then said we ordered the incorrect part number. They said we had to send back for inspection before sending correct lines. So what we did was ordered immediately because we were in a time crunch on job. We tried to get the correct lines coming because we were in a time pinch. They said they were in stock ready to ship. A week later no email or tracking info. I called and they said they were in production. And had no shipping time. Jareth said he would call me in the next day. No call, only an email that they were going out that day. No tracking info. Did not get shipped for 4 more days. They when they credited the original lines we paid to ship back , they said we ordered the wrong ones and charged us a restocking fee of like $50. And didn’t credit shipping either. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. There are others out there that sell the same stuff.

Ronnie, After reviewing the correspondence you had with our support team, you were informed that the part number you wanted to purchase was not made for a cab and chassis vehicle. You decided to order them anyhow. When you spoke with the second person about the order, you were informed that the kit you received was correct for the part number that you ordered. You then wanted to order a different part number and return your original order. Since the original order was sent correctly, it fell under the standard return policy which is a 5% restock fee and the return shipping label cost covered by you. Also, as it states in our return policy on our website, the original shipping costs are not refundable. In regards to you mentioning there was never a return phone call made, there was never any conversation that our staff said we would call you directly. The only thing that was said was that there would be emails sent with order information and the return label. We can see where the emails about the tracking information including the tracking number and the return authorization were sent successfully to the email that you had provided us. Would like to say product is great, BUT at least 1 line (abs module to line going to the front passenger side caliper hose) is about a foot TOO LONG!!! The other lines are waiting yo be installed! And your fittings are horrendous- I've tried 14mm, 15mm, 14mm, and 12 mm to No avail! 14mm wrench is to small and the 15mm line wrench starts to round off fitting! And the white tape that was supposed to be on lines for the shipping bend were Not on any of the lines!

Not so happy with their service… 1-same part is almost 40 less on Amazon store. 2- requested to pay extra to use FedEx or UPS versus USPS was told I couldn’t. Unfortunately, one of the parts I ordered took almost 2 weeks to get another part. I ordered it still hasn’t arrived when it’s been sitting in the Atlanta distribution center for almost 12 days.. 3-I put the part on and it didn’t work. I hopped on the forum to see if anyone else had that problem and I read a continual thread by a lot of forms that said in-line shipped a lot of parts that were defective. I inquired to in-line and I was first told that they never heard of that and then I got a returned email, saying that there’s no way to tell if the part I have is defective, but I should take a torque wrench and torque to a specified psi. When I checked it, it was finger tight however nowhere near the 35 psi as I was told as a supplemental bit of knowledge. One would think that the part would come ready to go or at least a notice in the package staying that you should check the torque to 35 psi prior to install installation. A very aggravating experience to say the least.

Bill, Unfortunately with manufactured parts such as this, quality control does not catch everything. The problem you illustrated is an extremely rare issue and the fix is the one that was suggested to you. It does sound like that did fix the issue you were having with the part and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Best Regards, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

Louis, From reviewing the correspondence you had with out support team, the line you received in the kit was made correctly, however the fitting was different from what was originally on your vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not carry the fitting that matches the one you originally had. Without having the correct fitting, we were unable to solve the issue by making a new line for you. Lines were damaged, wouldn't accept them as a return because of them being installed. Didn't notice damage until after installation.

Travis, After reviewing the correspondence you had with our staff, you had informed them that did install the lines before noticing any damage. We did outline that installing the lines does void the return policy. We did offer you a partial refund for the damaged line. You did not want the partial refund and instead asked to return the items. We did send you a return label, but did inform you that any lines returned that showed signs of installation would not be refunded which was what was also outlined to you in our return policy. We never received any return lines from you after that label was sent. Best Regards, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

If you get the wrong part they will not refund your money. It would cost almost as much as it cost for the part to return it. The guy I talked to was no help a real jerk.

James, After listening to the call you had with our support staff, it sounds like you had ordered rear axle lines for a 1/2 ton pickup and you own a 3/4 ton pickup. With the wrong part being ordered with no input from our staff, we sent out the correct pat to your order. As the company return policy states, this return would be subject to the cost of the return shipping label and the 5% restocking fee.

Bill, After reviewing the correspondence that you had with our tech support team, it was determined that while the line you received was made correctly to the part number that was on your order, it did vary from the original line from your vehicle. We did offer to duplicate the original line for you. We offered to cover the cost of the duplication and the shipping cost of the newly made item and your original line back to you. You refused and asked for a return for the lines. We sent you the RMA label in accordance with our company policy and also waived the restocking fee after you had requested it due to not being satisfied with having the lines duplicated for you as an option. Best Regards, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

No service after the sell, they sold me the wrong lines and nothing to fix it, ended up having to buy 2 full kits, lines don't fit well at all, a bunch of unnecessary bends where not needed, no bends where there should be. Look at all the reviews, either 1 star or 5. Don't worry, I have told everyone about my experience and can't wait to steer others away.

Chris, After reviewing the correspondence that you had with our support team, it looks like in the first conversation, you had asked for help with selecting the correct brake lines for your vehicle. We sent you the links to the correct kits that were made for your vehicle, however, it looks like you had placed an order for a kit that was different than the information we supplied to you. In the second conversation, it was mentioned to you that you had ordered the incorrect kit. You said you only needed two specific lines and you were given the information on the smallest kit available that included the lines needed. You were also given assistance on selecting the correct brake cables for your vehicle as well. Most of this assistance came after your original sale. Best Regards, Jareth Inline Tube Support Team

I already left a review I still don’t like the fact that I had to buy them as a pair . I was looking for passenger side only and could only purchase both lines even though I only needed the passenger side . What a waste of time and materials . 👎

I spoke to one of your associates, I was told the brake booster I ordered was the proper one for my car, it wasn’t ! What really irritates me is that I was charged a restocking and returned shipping fee which I know was not my error, but Inline Tubes error. I was charged unfairly in my opinion and this isn’t right !

The lines are different for a 1995-1996 model year. Gm had both cooler lines at the front of the transmission. They moved 1 cooler line further aft on 97 and up. The lines I got were for the later 97 and up. I have a 1996. So I called and emailed about the problem. No one called me or emailed me back. So then I ordered a set specifically for 95-96 model year. They were incorrect too. So now I have over $200 in transmission lines that don’t fit. Extremely disappointed!
