The slot for the horn contact is located in the wrong place. Took me a little bit to figure out why the horn kept blowing. So I took it back apart and knocked out where that slot should be in the horn works fine now. That horn switch was assembled wrong

Louis, From reviewing the correspondence you had with out support team, the line you received in the kit was made correctly, however the fitting was different from what was originally on your vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not carry the fitting that matches the one you originally had. Without having the correct fitting, we were unable to solve the issue by making a new line for you. I'm very pleased with my order. I considered gathering the lines myself and bending them.This made my life sooooooo much better! All the lines had the correct bends and made installation a breeze.

Ordering a brake line kit. One of the four lines had to be manufactured. These guy has a band tubing and got it out in the mail the next day. Very good service. I am very pleased.

Everything fit great and tight. It's a blessing to have access to parts that look great and fit. Sometime spending the money knowing the parts will fit and have been tested by car guys building their own cars helps. They are setting the standards high for perfection makes the process more enjoyable.

Hi there, I don't usually write reviews but I just had to for your 2 piece line set, BPB00J1, just installed on my 2003 Park Avenue. Very happy with the quality on the lines and the ease of install. Lines were damaged, wouldn't accept them as a return because of them being installed. Didn't notice damage until after installation.

Travis, After reviewing the correspondence you had with our staff, you had informed them that did install the lines before noticing any damage. We did outline that installing the lines does void the return policy. We did offer you a partial refund for the damaged line. You did not want the partial refund and instead asked to return the items. We did send you a return label, but did inform you that any lines returned that showed signs of installation would not be refunded which was what was also outlined to you in our return policy. I was very surprised how well all the brake lines fit, and marking the spots to be straightened with tape worked very well.

If you get the wrong part they will not refund your money. It would cost almost as much as it cost for the part to return it. The guy I talked to was no help a real jerk.

James, After listening to the call you had with our support staff, it sounds like you had ordered rear axle lines for a 1/2 ton pickup and you own a 3/4 ton pickup. With the wrong part being ordered with no input from our staff, we sent out the correct pat to your order. As the company return policy states, this return would be subject to the cost of the return shipping label and the 5% restocking fee.

I had looked all over for this part and a mechanic suggested I try in-line. I logged on and looked at your inventory and found the part right away. I ordered it and it was delivered pretty quick. I was nervous because the box was ripped, and the part was not wrapped and bubble wrapped, but nothing was damaged.

Bill, After reviewing the correspondence that you had with our tech support team, it was determined that while the line you received was made correctly to the part number that was on your order, it did vary from the original line from your vehicle. We did offer to duplicate the original line for you. We offered to cover the cost of the duplication and the shipping cost of the newly made item and your original line back to you. You refused and asked for a return for the lines. We sent you the RMA label in accordance with our company policy and also waived the restocking fee after you had requested it due to not being satisfied with having the lines duplicated for you as an option.
