I am a first time customer and it doesn't look good for your company, my first order still have not arrived and it's been over two weeks your service is so miserable I had to turn around and re ordered it again and is questionable if I would get it on the day I will get it. I feel strongly that I should have just ordered this off of eBay at least I will get it in a timely fashion pitiful.
The questions below is difficult to fill out especially when I never received the order....
