Would have been nice to be able to cancel an order online. I ordered my rear brake lines on Sunday and then attempted to cancel the order when they opened on Monday, but I was told it was too late; even though it didn't ship until the following day. The parts themselves were 5 star but this inconvenience brought it down to 3 since I had to pay shipping both ways because the order couldn't be cancelled.
