Can only speak about my local Wigan branch. Had wheel alignment done on car there because it clearly stated a cost of £64.95 in total for any parts and labour.
On collecting the car I was charged £104.98.
When I queried this increase I was told it was £70 per axel and I needed some adjustments that were not included in the advertised alignment. This of course was BS, I did get my money back but really should I have had to ask for it.
