Terry Bowman was an excellent instructor. He made sure each student knew the steps and techniques to perform high quality CPR, intervene in severe choking episodes, and other scenarios. I know how to do CPR by myself, with a team, and know how important the timing is. I feel that I have built a solid foundation for life saving measures. Christina was extremely helpful in making sure I received my certification for the class, even with a voucher hiccup. She was thorough and delightful to communicate with.
