Our instructor, Rob, was great. He kept it fun and light while being very instructional on key points. Class was a mix of people from decades in EMS and nurses to civilians and all interacted well. I want Rob and his family to come to my house for dinner. Good class and well done without being boring. Next time I’m bringing Reese’s. Thanks.
