I have always had great instructors at In-Pulse CPR and will continue coming back to them for my renewals of my certification. My instructor was clear, concise, and gave constructive feedback.
I do have one complaint, though it is not about the class I completed. I had to reschedule to get this class since my last one got canceled and I wasn't notified. No email or phone call. This is definitely something that needs to be corrected so contact is made with those who signed up.
Otherwise, my experience has always been good.
