Instructor was professional, skilled, efficient, and gave positive encouragement to the students. Thorough review of the steps for the BLS CPR AED certification. It was especially helpful when at the end of each teaching section, he would demonstrate step by step what to do in a hypothetical scenario. I enjoyed this class and I’ve been getting this certification for 20+ YEARS. And that’s the first class I ENJOYED! Plus instructor was attractive 😁
