I did the Heartcode BLS for Healthcare providers (part 1) online and to complete the certification, I did the required skills test in person with the instructor (part 2). The online portion was easy to follow and learn from. The skills test was great! I received helpful feedback from the instructor. He ensured that I knew the appropriate steps and procedures that I had learned from the online portion and provided appropriate scenarios when testing out to also make sure that I was physically going through the actions correctly. I absolutely will use In-Pulse CPR for future courses that I need to complete as well as for maintaining my certifications. I highly recommend this company!
