Terry was a very good instructor. He is very knowledgable, delivers his lecture well and is very involved particularly in the skill part, making sure his students are doing the demonstrations well. He also answers our questions quite well and adheres to the AHA standards set in regards to the lessons he shares. Scheduling a class with In-Pulse was also a breeze. I got my E-card that same day I finished the class which was awesome.
