I learned a lot with Rob, he is an outstanding instructor. He made good analogies, he was able to educate us in a way that made sense. I feel a lot more confident to help others that need first aid. Plus it was fun and so entertaining that time went by fast. He is a great story teller, which is a bonus quality for an instructor to have. He is very talent in teaching and I hope he gets recognition for his skills and hard work.
