While the setting wasn't Stellar, I felt the instructor more than made up for the environment. She was very prompt with class starting on time and made sure that all attendees were following and making notes. She ensured that during hands-on practice attendees were doing it correctly and even gave hints to make things easier for some people with challenges. My daughter took the class at an earlier time and had the same instructor and said she was awesome. I will look up this instructor for my renewal time.
