Great teacher, kept it fun while still emphasizing the serious nature of what we were learning. Answered questions and made sure material was understood by all. Content was concise but complete and the instructor gave appropriate feedback. I had a great time and I am confident in my ability to respond and assist in an emergency requiring cpr, heimlic and basic first aid as well as how to communicate effectively to emergency professionals when needed.
