The classroom portion of this course was excellent and arranged, executed and managed well. However, clearer communication from the administrative portion would be appreciated; we were told to bring our certificate of the online portion to the classroom. When we got to the classroom we were told to send a photo of the certificate to the In Pulse office and that we didn't need to bring it with us. I also received an email reminder of this class the day after it was completed. Lastly, one of the reminders that arrived before the class had everyone's email from the class attached. My email address should not be shared with everyone in the class.
