The class was very engaging and informative. Lisa was able to take something that usually is very redundant, after taking this training for years, and made it fun, interesting, and engaging with new insights presented. All the while, Lisa was not condescending and respected our time while being attentive to those in class for the first time. The class was very efficient and moved along seemlessly. Lisa was awesome!!
