Instructor was very knowledgable in all aspects. However, what I want to bring to your attention.. No longer giving out CPR cards at end of class? Okkkk... how about making a generic copy of the certificate and names could be written in?! To email participants an " e-card"....I didnt receive the email...then had to call in pulse and they sent email out...but in all of this almost was not allowed to work as I couldn't prove that I had taken the class. Not everyone has a computer/printer....then I had to go to library to print it off. Great cpr class...but jumping through hoops and nearly losing work hours and then driving to get a print out...hope you take notice to this...as it's a deal breaker.
