I've bought a number of items of clothing from IS and i've also sent them a package of cotton clothes to treat with their 'stuff.' Their technology really works and i have found them very responsive. When i made a suggestion about new products they answered immediately. Felt very good to have someone actually read my note. Now, add Long Sleeve Polos to your product line! ;)
