Incredibly bad service. .
Order a laptop on Friday morning for a Saturday delivery as needed to do urgent work for a client over the weekend.
Called before I placed the order, was reassured it would arrive on Saturday.
Of course not only they could not be bothered to go to the warehouse to ship it. But when I called on Monday they explained the order is put on hold as it my first order. Seriously? Of course they charged the AMEX immediately. Speechless.
Stay away.
