Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product.
1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two)
2) Repeated delays in contact
3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight).
Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.
