Whoever John is, he’s talking nonsense. I placed an order; 55929 for over a hundred pounds. It never arrived. I’ve sent email after email which they’ve ignored. I am a single mum of three with cancer. How can you rip people off like this? I’ve been a customer for years, spent thousands and this is how they treat you back. They say on their website they admit liability for their mistakes but they’re not. They’re running from them and robbing people in the process, vulnerable people. This needs to stop. It’s cruel.
