John, it doesn't benefit us in any way to write a negative review! I used them for a few years. It strikes me funny you are receiving yours. I personally don't believe you are a genuine customer, I think you work there and you are trying to balance the bad reviews. I loved this company and my order from October hasn't arrived. No excuse. The stuff I order is available on another site.
