The company doesn't contact the title company so they can get the processing fee. The representative made threats and told me if I questioned their process, the matter would be on my credit report even after they were paid.
I contacted the inspection company I used and advised them of the illegal and unethical practices of Guardian Inspection Services. I also contacted the BBB regarding their practices.
