“I have used two other processing companies and I have never been happier since switching to Guardian three years ago. I would consistently have time-consuming credit card related issues but since switching to Guardian, all has been quiet and accurate. That's exactly what I want as a small business owner; a partner that does their job without any issues. I have enough to worry about, Guardian makes my job easier and gives me peace of mind.”

“Flori Sanchez (Operation Specialist) at Guardian provided terrible customer service during my onboarding process. She had NO answers to questions I had, would take longer then 24 hours to respond to email/voice mail. She took no accountability for her lack of incompetence. Her service was so bad I had to threaten to call the owner of the company Aaron Fuhriman and Ben Tolman. Ben responded to my email and called me, but he never apologized for the TRASH customer service.”

“The company doesn't contact the title company so they can get the processing fee. The representative made threats and told me if I questioned their process, the matter would be on my credit report even after they were paid. I contacted the inspection company I used and advised them of the illegal and unethical practices of Guardian Inspection Services. I also contacted the BBB regarding their practices. Mary Tejada was rude and unethical”

“I like the ease of using this company for processing. I own an inspection business and this company ensures that payments and refunds are easily accomplished. I love how this service integrates with my software provider as well. The rates are just a little better than any other company that has ever tried to get me to switch, for the most part.”
