“Flori Sanchez (Operation Specialist) at Guardian provided terrible customer service during my onboarding process. She had NO answers to questions I had, would take longer then 24 hours to respond to email/voice mail. She took no accountability for her lack of incompetence. Her service was so bad I had to threaten to call the owner of the company Aaron Fuhriman and Ben Tolman. Ben responded to my email and called me, but he never apologized for the TRASH customer service.”

“The company doesn't contact the title company so they can get the processing fee. The representative made threats and told me if I questioned their process, the matter would be on my credit report even after they were paid. I contacted the inspection company I used and advised them of the illegal and unethical practices of Guardian Inspection Services. I also contacted the BBB regarding their practices. Mary Tejada was rude and unethical”
