There are some areas of ISN that are frustrating to navigate. I have made suggestions for edits but have not seen them come to action. For example, the company I work for would like to have the ability to assign inspection services to multiple (different) inspectors within the same order and have it translate payment accordingly. My last interaction with an ISN member Guillermo was wonderful. Guillermo took the time to call me, which made discussing my areas of concern easier to communicate.
