Kendal sleuthed a problem with my Agent/Agency page that had existed since i came on with ISN. I appreciate him looking into this issue, I was long overdue, asking about. This will make updating Agent information much easier and uncomplicate the process.

He was incredibly patient and even access his team to help solve the issue with the InterNACHI Buy Back Program. It turned out the internally within InterNACHI my updated debit card information did not auto-populate in all areas within the InterNACHI profile and the Buy Back Program has a separate billing area in which I had to update my debit card information. You guys rock and I'll never leave ISN!

She walked me (so to speak) through all the steps to save the report, adding as an attchment, (I had 6), and what things to do and not to do. Enormous help, exremely patient. Very informed! Fantastic customer service! Saved the day!
