ISN Software is great for managing an inspection business. The staff is 5-Star. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the mobile app never works right and there's no easy way to put in an order remotely from a mobile device.

There are some areas of ISN that are frustrating to navigate. I have made suggestions for edits but have not seen them come to action. For example, the company I work for would like to have the ability to assign inspection services to multiple (different) inspectors within the same order and have it translate payment accordingly. My last interaction with an ISN member Guillermo was wonderful. Guillermo took the time to call me, which made discussing my areas of concern easier to communicate. Guillermo was a huge help and very patient with me. He was able to speak clearly about all that ISN has to offer, he knew what I needed, and helped me accomplish it all! Thanks! Write a reply…

Very good overall. The box calendar I like was not working the other day and I used the help chat feature and was told that its because it that calendar is being phased out and that is why it is having problems. I am dissapointed that the calendar that I like to use is not being maintained and is being phased out.
