He was incredibly patient and even access his team to help solve the issue with the InterNACHI Buy Back Program. It turned out the internally within InterNACHI my updated debit card information did not auto-populate in all areas within the InterNACHI profile and the Buy Back Program has a separate billing area in which I had to update my debit card information. You guys rock and I'll never leave ISN!
