Customer representative Gala didn't seem very knowledgeable about the Repair estimator. I also wanted to speak to a supervisor about why this repair estimator wasn't automatically ventured or reminded to upload the report. I am aware that you're supposed to upload a PDF, but I would recommend either a reminder or a feature where it automatically uploads the report for the repair estimator. Also I have informed gala that I was on a mobile device, and never was I am form to go to the website and order to upload this PDF report. We must have better phone communications to understand what the client is asking for.
