Very disappointed in the product, delivery and customer service. One product never arrived, another one came in a damaged state and was missing an essential tool ( also 40 days late). Customer service was trying to convince me that that tool is not usually included ( when it is clearly indicated on instructions manual and in photos of other users), it’s been 15 days of daily emails and they don’t even offer a refund. This is called negligent misrepresentation and contract was not met on their side on any level. I will be taking this to small claims court this coming week
