In November of 2020 we ordered a $60 lamp from InspireUplift.com. It was going to be a Christmas present. We thought I had given ourselves lots of time but the lamp didn’t come until January. When it DID come, it was cracked because the packaging was a thin cardboard box over the lamp’s regular packaging. No protective packaging whatsoever. We contacted support and they sent a new one, this one also took a while but not a full month. When we did receive it around February 26th, the packaging was the same flimsy box over box and the box itself was crushed and ripped but the lamp was not cracked this time. We tried it out and it seemed to work. LESS than 2 months later, the lamp will now no longer turn off, you now have to unplug it. We did nothing to create this problem, the switch still moves it just doesn’t shut off. It is clearly defective in some way. We contacted support and they stated that we were outside the 14 day window and couldn’t get a refund. So to sum up, for $60 we got what was supposed to be Christmas present two months late and it only worked for 2 months. This is a horrible company that does not stand behind its products.
