I ordered plush elephants which were shipped in a PLASTIC bag. The bag was cut open when it was delivered and one of the elephants was too. I immediately contacted the company and after over a week they agreed to replace it. Even though the whole process had taken sooo long and I indicated that these were to be Christmas gifts AND they used unprotective packaging, they sent the replacement with ALL of the slowest shipping methods possible. So I still have not received the order that I placed in early November and it is not expected before Christmas!
