Your rep answering my question repeatedly did not address the fact that the discount you offer does not show up correctly in the total. There is something wrong with your program. Therefore I only ordered one item instead of three of the items. You can check the emails between me and Holly. Even though the item was already discounted 20% (not 50% like she stated most are) the additional discount came no where near the 70% I was offered as a new first time customer.
