I was unable to use my paypal cashback card for any order I've tried to process on this site. Even with customer service chat help the transaction could not go through. Each time I had to use a different credit card, which cost me about a half hour of my time and caused all kinds of aggravation. I was instructed to clear the cache on my chrome, which I did -- but then my cart inexplicably emptied and I could not get back to the help chat. So I had to start all over again, which really put me in a sour mood. So yes, this gets you only 1 or 2 stars. And my Thanksgiving is off to a rotten start.
