The vendor was spotty on messaging. Initially, they were very prompt, but then response time lagged and required several subsequent emails, restating two questions. Ultimately, I never was able to determine how to order item in kids' sizes (I was assured they had t-shirt in kids' sizes and they provided a size chart), as that did not appear to be an option on the page where one chose size. Also, I had a question about the color which remains unanswered. I was able to confirm the latter with another buyer that the image was that of dark heather.
