I tried ordering my mom these boots for Christmas and idk how but after I checked out I saw quantity 2 which I didn’t want so now they charged me for 2 pairs of shoes I didn’t want and the shoes are a week late. I also can’t find the tracking so I have no idea where my shoes are and when they are supposed to arrive. It’s also hard to cancel the order so I have to wait until the shoes get here to send one back and get my money back. This is the reason why I hate online shopping and would rather pay double the amount in stores.
