Shocking Pitiful and Horrendous customer service! I contacted customer service, because a payment came off for my purchase and your platform showed an error returning me to the basket "unpaid", however the item was paid for and money left my account! So I now paid twice because customer service is incompetent and doesn't know what is going asking me for a different email address all the time when I only have one email! Shocking! I will be spreading this disgraceful service on social media!
